We’re here to make it easy to clear the property in one simple transaction.
Once we have visited the property and identified all items suitable for auction, we will get to work with clearing the contents. All saleable items will be collected and transported back to our saleroom, ready to be catalogued, marketed, and sold at auction. Leave it with us, we will take care of all logistics, collections, and transportation.
Don’t worry if there are any unsaleable items left behind, we’ll deal with those too! As you wish, our house clearing team will either recycle or donate any unwanted items to charity, so that nothing is left to waste. Each and every item will be removed, leaving the property clean, tidy and ready to go to market.
